Darren Kavinoky, Pi Day at 1.800NoCuffs – The Kavinoky Law Firm

March 14, 2016–Los Angeles, CA–I will take any excuse to eat a piece of pie, (apple is my favorite if your wondering), but in celebration of Pi Day it seems a must to have more than one piece of this delicious goodness!

The 1.8000NoCuffs conference room looks like an all you can eat pie buffet this morning with gorgeous desserts from Marie Callender’s. Strawberry, chocolate cream, and two kinds of apple pie will be tempting all of us today. (Thank you to the awesome folks at Marie Callender’s Sherman Oaks who helped us carry it out to the car this morning! You Rock!) The way I see it, life is like a slice of pie. It’s just a sliver of the big picture, but when it’s on your plate, it’s all you see.

How did Pi Day get started?  Pi Day is a celebration of mathematics, you can learn more about it on piday.org.  It is celebrated on March 14th because of the 3/14 association of the date.  “Pi (Greek letter “π”) is the symbol used in mathematics to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159.” –[via PiDay.org, ]

I personally think the Strawberry pie looks like it belongs in an episode of Investigation Discovery’s Deadly Sins, but then again, the juiciest things in life always hold the greatest temptations.
