Eight men and four women make up the jury for Drew Peterson’s trial set to begin Monday, May 23 in Chester, IL.
Peterson has pleaded not guilty to the charges that he hired someone to kill James Glasgow, Illinois States attorney who prosecuted and won the conviction in 2012 that sent Peterson away for 38 years.
The former police sergeant was found guilty of murdering his 3rd wife Kathleen Savio. Peterson is the prime suspect in the disappearance of his 4th wife, Stacy Peterson.
Peterson faces a sentence of up to 60 years if convicted of both solicitation of murder for hire along with solicitation of murder.
