Robson rejected
A judge has tossed out Wade Robson’s civil suit against Michael Jackson that claimed the pop star molested him over a seven year period when he was a child. Robson, a choreographer, filed the suit against Jackson’s estate four years after Jackson’s death. That was the problem.
The judge said he waited too long to file. Officially the judge called the suit untimely. Attorneys for the Jackson estate deny the claims. Robson himself previously denied the claims and even testified for Jackson during the singer’s criminal trial in 2005.
Robson claimed he was not aware of being molested by Jackson until he was in therapy. His lawyer says they will appeal. And that’s his only hope of keeping this suit alive.
Redmond O’Neal arrested…. Again.
The son of the late Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal is back in jail for violating his probation. Redmond O’Neal was arrested in Culver City, California after a judge issued an arrest warrant. The 30-year-old has been battling heroin for most of his adult life.
For the probation violation, O’Neal will be back in front of Judge Keith Schwartz, who originally sentenced him. If this probation violation holds up he’s facing prison time.
